With respect to refunds on returned goods – any items that are returned due to non payment of taxes within the country of purchase will be refunded the amount of the purchase less cost of postage once and only at the time returned goods have been properly returned and without damage.

Note 5: Damaged product – where product has been delivered in a damaged condition, FengShui by Sakura will offer a full refund or replacement. Replacement of Refund of damaged goods will only be issued with a clear photo of the damaged item or return of damaged item. Refund or replacement will be at the discretion of FengShui by Sakura.
