I just wanted to send a quick thank you for the consultation yesterday and for the discussion afterwards.  I realise that I probably took more of your time than usual and I really appreciated your  willingness to spend the time with me…I have been galvanised into action…and I have to say that the feeling I am getting as I am moving things around is – how do I describe it?  A sense of ahhhhhhhhh – that feels better!
